Someone who thrives on manual machining, respects the integrity of craft, and shows up every day ready to do their best work.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• 5+ years experience in metal fabrication, machining, or a related trade.
• Proficiency in manual mills and lathes; CNC experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with brass, bronze, aluminum, and steel.
• A serious work ethic with a lighthearted attitude.
• Passion for the heritage of craft and a willingness to grow with the company.

• Fabricate high-end lighting components using manual mills, lathes, and hand tools.
• Interpret technical drawings with accuracy and craftsmanship in mind.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to uphold our aesthetic and structural standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Innovate and troubleshoot as needed—without shortcuts, without complaints.
• Contribute to a respectful and driven team environment.
