OVERVIEW:

Raven Lake Studio is seeking a skilled and versatile Shop Fabricator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in carpentry, CNC router, laser cutting, sign fabrication, display and prop construction, moldmaking, 3D printing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a fabrication role, preferably within a sign shop or creative studio setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, CNC router, laser cutting, 3D printing, moldmaking, and sign fabrication.
• Digital Competence: Strong experience with design software and digital fabrication tools.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new techniques and stay updated with innovative fabrication methods.

• Fabrication & Design: Create custom signage, displays, props, and molds that meet high standards of quality and innovation.
• Technical Operations: Operate CNC machines, laser cutters, and 3D printers with precision, and utilize CAD software for digital prototyping and design refinement.
• Carpentry & Assembly: Execute woodworking tasks including assembly, finishing, and installation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly service and troubleshoot fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to contribute creative solutions and meet project deadlines.
