EXPERIENCED FABRICATOR – TRUCKS, TRAILERS, FRAMES & TAILGATES

ABOUT THE JOB:

Coast Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd is hiring an Experienced Fabricator with a strong background in trailers, trucks, frame work, and tailgate systems (installation and repair, including older models). This is a full-time position with room for advancement into a Shop Supervisor role for the right candidate.
We’re looking for someone dependable, skilled, and motivated to take the lead on high-quality fabrication projects in a team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of fabrication experience (trailers, trucks, and frames required)
• Experience installing and repairing tailgates, including older models
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, team player, and good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Interest or experience in leading others is a plus

• Fabricate, repair, and install components on trailers, trucks, and frames
• Install and refurbish tailgate systems, including older units
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Read and interpret fabrication blueprints and technical drawings
• Use standard fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Support team members and assist with shop leadership when needed
