Duo Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our busy, friendly workshop team as project workload continues to grow. Based at our 25,000m² engineering facility, you’ll be working on high-quality fabrication projects across quarrying, infrastructure, recycling, and heavy industry.

SKILLS

• Proficient in stick welding techniques with a solid understanding of various welding processes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Experience in working with sheet metal and other materials for fabrication purposes.
• Ability to assemble components accurately using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic maths skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating material requirements.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Fabricate components for bespoke engineering builds and plant refurbishment
• Work with structural steel, mild and stainless steel, Hardox, and other alloys
• Interpret engineering drawings to deliver precision-built components
• Operate workshop machinery including CNC cutting and overhead cranes
• Support site installation and turnkey project delivery when required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
