We are looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team, specializing in the fabrication of quality fencing and gates. This role involves building a range of custom steel and aluminum fencing products in our Burnie workshop, ensuring high standards of workmanship and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication of fencing panels, gates, frames, and custom metal components
• MIG/TIG welding of steel and aluminum
• Reading and interpreting drawings and measurements
• Making site measurements for fences, gates and balustrades
• Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for fabrication
• Fitting and installing gates onsite
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

About You

• Experience in welding and metal fabrication
• Ability to read drawings and work from measurements
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
