JOB SUMMARY

HSS Fabrications is a privately owned welding and fabrication company that specialises in materials handling equipment used in manufacturing. We require an additional Welder and Fabricator to support in our Staffordshire workshop.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Good knowledge and experience of welding and fabrication processes and the ability to support works both in the workshop.

• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
• MIG welding experience is essential
• TIG welding experience is advantageous
• Must have good time management skills and complete work within deadlines.
• Must be used to working to deadlines
• Objective driven but also can adapt quickly to changes in priorities
• Work well with others as well as on their own
• Experience with working in mainstream manufacturing would be advantageous
• Experience with manual handling would be advantageous
