JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fabricator/Welder to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves fabricating and welding components for our manufacturing and road marking equipment, including truck builds, machinery repairs, and bespoke manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a fabricator and welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Valid and current welding certifications in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Experience with vehicle bodywork, truck builds, and hydraulic systems.
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Keeping basic paperwork up to date.
  • Experience with fabrication tools and machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Fabricate components using steel, aluminium and other materials based on the project’s needs,
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding to high standards.
  • Operate machinery such as cutting tools, grinders, forklifts.
  • Build and modify road marking vehicles and equipment.
  • Modification and new build of manufacturing plant in liquids, powder and performs
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering and road marking teams to develop practical solutions.
  • Ensure your work and work place meets safety and quality standards.
