OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with hand and power tools. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality metal components.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication is essential, with specific skills in TIG welding and Stick welding being highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.

Experience:

• MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)

• Perform TIG and Stick welding on various materials, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts.
• Work with sheet metal to create components as per design requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute precise fabrications.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
