We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components for various projects. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. Experience is an asset, but willing to train.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding.
• Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with rigging practices is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Fabricate metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Weld various materials using MIG, or stick welding techniques.
• Assemble parts and structures using hand tools and machinery.
• Operate forklift and telehandler safely to move materials as needed.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
