JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in welding and fabrication processes including experience with tube laser cutting. This role involves working with various materials especially aluminium sheets, steel tube welding and heavy steel fabrication, to create high-quality components that meet precise specifications. The successful applicant will be adept in using Robots and automated welding tools, as well as having a solid understanding of basic mathematics for measurements and calculations. Attention to detail is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles and robot programming being an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using tube laser and automated welding equipment.
  • Familiarity with aluminium fabrication techniques is desirable.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be a coded welder and prospect of EN15085 training will be provided.
