QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1–5 years of hands-on welding and fitting experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, fitting, grinding)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Solid math skills for accurate measurement and layout

• Perform welding and fitting tasks according to project specifications and engineering drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy
• Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety protocols
