Due to continual growth, we have an excellent opportunity for experienced welder fabricators to join our team. This exciting role gives the opportunity to produce a wide range of high-quality fabrications, equipment and machinery.

ABOUT US

Whitelaw Technology design, manufacture and install large and small metal fabrications, process equipment and machinery to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
We fabricate a wide range of high-quality items including tables, sinks, holders, handrails, guarding, platforms, structural steel, hoppers, tanks, vessels, conveyors, and other process machinery and equipment.

SKILLS

· MIG, TIG and MMA welding
· Marking out, cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping and forming
· Fabrication experience with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
· Operating machinery including guillotines, press brakes, punches and profiling machines
· Ability to read and fabricate from technical drawings

EXPERIENCE

· 2 years (preferred) in welding & fabrication in a manufacturing environment
· Full UK driving license essential

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the team of welder fabricators you will:
· Fabricate a wide range of equipment and machinery
· Install, relocate and remove equipment and machinery on customer sites
· Provide engineering solutions for our varied customer base
