Description
Craft and develop HVAC systems for new and existing facilities to ensure efficient performance and energy savings. Conduct detailed assessments and determine the best solutions for HVAC issues, ensuring all systems operate flawlessly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement HVAC projects on time and within budget. Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to guarantee compliance with strict industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and training to ensure all team members are well-equipped to operate and maintain HVAC systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working in a global, fast-paced, and competitive environment. Familiarity with balanced and energy-efficient HVAC practices. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading ambitious projects.
