Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed design concepts for building facades.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project integration.
  • Oversee material selection and specification to meet design and budgetary requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any arising issues.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to clients.
  • Research and implement innovative design techniques and materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design or a related area.
  • Proven experience with complex project coordination and management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative facade designs and completed projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in facade design.
