Responsibilities

• Design and create innovative facade solutions for various building types.
• Collaborate with architects and other designers to develop cohesive design concepts.
• Conduct research on materials and technologies to optimize facade performance.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications for facade design.
• Review project designs to ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with construction teams to address and resolve design challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in facade design or a similar architectural role.
• Strong understanding of building materials and their properties.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
