JOB SUMMARY

Euro Systems® is seeking a highly skilled and creative Façade Designer to develop innovative and practical façade solutions for a variety of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and clients throughout the design and execution phases.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade design or architectural design with a focus on façades.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication skills (visual, verbal, and written).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

• Design Development: Create façade concepts that meet project specifications, budget constraints, and aesthetic expectations.
• 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.
• Material Selection: Recommend appropriate façade materials and finishes with attention to sustainability, performance, and durability.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare precise technical drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to ensure design compatibility and code compliance.
• Site Visits: Conduct inspections and assessments to verify the execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve design challenges with practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Client Interaction: Present concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and adapt designs accordingly.
