Description

We are seeking a skilled Facade Designer with at least 3 years of proven experience in façade fabrication. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing technical drawings, producing accurate shop drawings for fabrication and installation, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure precise and efficient execution of façade systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in façade design and fabrication.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Rhino, or other 3D modeling software is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, and other façade components.
  • Excellent technical drawing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working on mid-to-large-scale façade projects in the GCC region.
Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed façade drawings including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation layouts.
  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate and buildable façade designs.
  • Work closely with the design, engineering, and fabrication teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
  • Select appropriate materials and systems based on project specifications and performance requirements.
  • Revise drawings as required to incorporate feedback from stakeholders and consultants.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to local codes, industry standards, and project timelines.
