Job Description Conduct factory inspections to verify full compliance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), QA/QC procedures, project specifications, shop drawings, and contractual requirements. Witness heat-soak tests for fully tempered glass Prepare detailed inspection reports Issue follow-up reports and non-conformance memos on previously identified fabrication and quality issues until satisfactory closure. Review and comment on all QA/QC documentation, material test certificates, and factory test reports Report regularly to the Project Manager, maintain close communication regarding inspection progress, and promptly highlight any abnormal conditions or critical issues. Qualifications Bachelor or higher degree in Structural Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the factory inspection and façade field Good communication both in Mandarin and English A self-motivator with good management and interpersonal skills.
