Are you an experienced Façade Manager looking to make your mark on some of Ireland’s most high-profile projects? This is your chance to take the lead on a landmark development, managing complex façade packages and contributing to iconic additions to Dublin’s skyline.

• Full Project Ownership: Manage the façade package from design through to installation and final handover.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee BCAR submissions, technical submittals, and ensure all works meet relevant codes and standards.
• Programme & Procurement Alignment: Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and timelines stay aligned.
• Quality First: Implement and refine SOPs for façade installation and lead quality assurance inspections.
• Leverage Technology: Use BIM and digital tools for inspections, compliance, and reporting.
• On-Site Leadership: Oversee testing, snagging, and close-out procedures to deliver excellence on site.
• Documentation & Handover: Prepare full Safety Files and O&M manuals for seamless project transitions.
• Variation Management: Monitor, manage, and report all façade-related variations accurately and efficiently.
