Meraki Group is excited to announce an opening for a Façade Technical Coordinator - MTO to join our expert team. This critical position will focus on managing the Material Take-Off (MTO) process for façade projects, ensuring that all technical specifications are met and communicated effectively between project stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in facade design or construction with a strong focus on material take-off.
  • Proficient in using calculation software and tools for MTO.
  • Strong understanding of façade materials and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage material take-off (MTO) for façade components, ensuring accurate quantity calculations based on detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure MTO aligns with project requirements.
  • Review and analyze project contracts, specifications, and drawings to compile comprehensive materials lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure materials are procured on time.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to material specifications and quantities.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues related to facade material specifications with project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and track material costs to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
