Job Title: Façade Technical Material Coordinator(Material Take Off)
Location: Dubai
Experience: 3–7 Years (in façade or construction industry)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in façade or cladding projects, with hands-on involvement in material coordination and technical submissions.
  • Knowledge of façade systems (unitized, stick, ACP, glass, stone, aluminum etc.) and associated materials.
  • Strong understanding of local and international façade material standards and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the technical review and submission of façade material samples and documentation (e.g., MTO, datasheets, compliance certificates, test reports).
  • Liaise with façade consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely approvals and deliveries.
  • Maintain and track material submittal logs in accordance with project specifications and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the design and procurement teams to ensure materials align with approved façade systems and design intent.
  • Review and verify technical specifications, ensuring compliance with project and authority requirements.
  • Assist in value engineering by proposing alternative materials when required.
  • Support site teams by resolving material-related technical issues and clarifications.
  • Organize and manage the physical material sample library.
  • Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, and logistics.
