JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Field Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will represent a variety of clients and campaigns through face-to-face interactions in diverse settings such as residential areas, community events, shopping malls, corporate spaces, and promotional booths. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building connections, and promoting products, services, and initiatives that benefit the local community.
This role is not hourly or salaried. Instead, compensation is structured through per-diem pay, commission, and cash bonuses. On average, new representatives can earn up to $84,000+ per year with performance-based incentives. Comprehensive training, materials, and support are fully provided.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, engaging presence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for face-to-face marketing.
  • Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or field sales, fundraising experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
  • Comfortable working in a variety of environments including residential, retail, and event settings.

Responsibilities
  • Represent and promote client campaigns, products, and services including HVAC, automotive (e.g., tires), lawn care, local restaurant promotions, community initiatives, etc.
  • Engage with the public through street canvassing, residential outreach, events, booths, and corporate activations.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions clearly.
  • Generate leads, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure positive brand experiences.
  • Track and report daily activities, outreach efforts, and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and campaign managers to achieve campaign goals and targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
