Overview MBP is seeking new Team Members for growth opportunities and to work on meaningful projects that support our community. For this position, we seek candidates in the Vienna, Virginia area that are experienced professionals with extensive experience in business operations, management, facilitation, and organizational structure. Extensive construction management experience and involvement in strategic planning and implementation desired. Responsibilities Facilitates project leadership meetings. Facilitates team performance evaluation meetings. Facilitates Big Room Partnering sessions. Qualifications EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or other related field, with related advanced education preferred such as an MBA or Master’s degree. Extensive experience in areas such as developing business models, business operations, leadership development, facilitation, or corporate-level management. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
