A facilitator supports the Datacentre with various administrative tasks and ensures the facility is well maintained. They are responsible for the management of all site upkeep contracts, which includes annual renewal negotiations, PO processing, invoicing, and establishing relationships with the vendors. Facilitators handle ordering and stocking of food and beverages through out where required, along with supply ordering. They research, plan and execute all internal team events, prepare various managerial reports on a weekly basis, and support the concierge as needed.
This role will require once weekly travel to our Data Centre at Park Royal (NW10)
