Flashpoint Training Inc. is seeking confident, dynamic, and diverse Part-Time Subcontractor Facilitators to lead career-focused skill development sessions for high school students. If you’re passionate about youth empowerment and delivering interactive training, we want to hear from you!

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & QUALITIES:

• Energetic, confident, and engaging facilitation style
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with youth
• Operational excellence and time management
• Creative problem solving and critical thinking
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• 3+ years in facilitation, coaching, or training (preferred)
• At least 5+ years of life/work experience in any sector
• Postsecondary diploma or degree in any field

As a Facilitator, you’ll work in pairs to lead engaging, in-person group sessions using Flashpoint’s proprietary curriculum. You’ll help high school students develop real-world, transferable skills through active, experiential learning.

• Schedule: Generally October to May (weekday sessions between 9 AM and 3 PM)
• Time Commitment: 4-10 per week, flexible based on your availability
• Compensation: Starting at $42.50/hour, including prep, travel, and session wrap-up time
• Type: Freelance / Contract
• Start Date: September 23, 2025
• Location: In-person facilitation at local site
