Verve Recruitment Group is partnering with our client, Canadian manufacturers and Exporters (CME) in adding a term facilitator to their team. CME supports members with training, advocacy, and programs that drive operational excellence and sustainability. We are currently adding a term Facilitator to our team
In this exciting role, you’ll use your experience in a manufacturing environment by supporting external members in Manitoba, facilitate consortiums and peer councils. This role focuses on manufacturing technology, sustainability, supply chain, and facilities management training—both in-person and online—and helps grow CME’s impact through business development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years manufacturing experience (3–5 years in supply chain, digital transformation, or facilities management)
  • 2+ years facilitation experience
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required
Responsibilities
  • Deliver Digital Transformation Workshops and facilitate Technology Peer Councils
  • Collaborate on micro-credential program development
  • Manage sustainability programming linked to the Manitoba Protein Action Framework
  • Support Lean promotion and supply chain initiatives
  • Promote CME programs and engage with members and prospects
  • Lead continuous improvement activities within CME
