Job Description We are looking for a professional with strong facilitation skills to lead Design Thinking sessions with multidisciplinary teams. This role will be essential for transforming ideas into concrete solutions, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and clarity in outputs. After the sessions, you will be responsible for synthesizing the results, creating high-level diagrams (experience, journey, blueprint, etc.), and documenting everything in a structured and visual way. Plan and facilitate Design Thinking sessions, ensuring an engaging and productive dynamic. Ensure active stakeholder participation, promoting collaboration and alignment. Collect, organize, and consolidate insights generated during the sessions. Create high-level diagrams such as: User Journeys Service Blueprints Process Maps Document results clearly and visually for easy interpretation. Support teams in interpreting insights, helping transform ideas into concrete actions. Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon Work Model: Hybrid (maximum 2 days per week in the office) Qualifications Proven experience in Design Thinking, Service Design, or related areas. Higher education or equivalent. Experience in facilitation and group management. Ability to synthesize and document visually. Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, or equivalents. Creativity with structured, value-oriented thinking. Professional level of English and Portuguese.
