We’re looking for a Facilities Engineer who’s ready to step beyond day-to-day plant operations and help shape the future of industrial technology. In this role, you’ll combine your engineering expertise with cutting-edge AI solutions to solve one of the industry’s toughest problems: fragmented asset data.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

You’ll work closely with our Energy Practice Lead and plant leadership to drive key initiatives like our Asset Model Accelerator (AMA), which is AI-driven asset modeling with trusted, structured data. That means:

  • Speak the P&ID language to act as a translator and liaison across client conversations and our LLM/AI team development activities.
  • Support the Engineering Specification Reconciliation initiative by reviewing legacy and E2G spec comparisons, identifying misalignments, and providing process-driven guidance to developers.
  • Participate in early-stage solution delivery for key client proof-of-concept (POC) by translating domain knowledge into actionable development insights and assisting with contextualization efforts.
  • Contribute to documentation, test plans, QA and QC routines, and feedback loops that shape AMA tooling and process logic.
  • Support prompt engineering of facilities engineering to refine AMA performance/output
  • Document review decisions and rationale in alignment with engineering best practices.
  • Interpret piping class documentation and technical construction notes.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years in Oil and Gas Facilities Engineering
  • Background in Engineering, Industrial processes, or technical document analysis

EDUCATION

  • Engineering Degree or related field (or equivalent experience)
