DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

In this role you will work with and support the Facilities and Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders in the day-to-day operation of the SAP planned maintenance system, this will include entering, and printing when required, of the planned maintenance orders, Minor works requests (unplanned maintenance) and loading and responding to the EHS, Gensuite actions on the SAP PM system.
The role will also be responsible for the accurate and timely filing of the completed work orders and the retrieval and submission of these to the Department Managers during customer and regulatory audits.
You will also will be involved in the recording and submission of Facilities department’s time and attendance records and the logging of departmental holidays. including producing reports, raising FCAs, producing CAPA responses, obtaining quotations, compiling costing data and sourcing suppliers for contract services and spare parts, hence a high degree of computer literacy is essential.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience of working with SAP PM module
  • Keyboard skills and a basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and email
  • Ability to focus on the task in hand and maintain a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Good communication and telephone skills at all levels.
  • To be a methodical thinker and can prioritise and organise own workload.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day operation of the SAP PM system, assisting in loading and releasing ofnotifications where required.
  • Maintain Engineering and Facilities ordering using tracker and Ariba. GR orders as theyarrive on site.
  • Loading the EHS Gensuite Data into SAP PM and responding to completed requests.
  • Filing and retrieving of completed SAP documentation.
  • Facilities time, attendance and holiday recording.
  • Creation of Quality Event risk assessment reports and investigations covering problemsidentified by the Engineering and Facilities team members.
  • Submission and administration of Change control forms for the facilities team
  • Super user support for other SAP users.
  • Control of Pest Control
  • Purchasing approval for materials
  • Identifying new contractors.
  • Control of Induction procedureTo undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time tosupport the Perrigo business.
