Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations
  • Skilled in generating and tracking spreadsheets
  • Proficient in reviewing and analyzing data
  • Innately passionate about enhancing the workplace experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • A critical thinker and problem solver who anticipates needs
  • A collaborative team player who approaches every task—big or small—with grace and a positive attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a can-do attitude—no request is too small or bothersome
  • Observant and detail-oriented, able to identify areas for improvement while walking the space
  • Strong vendor management experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with facilities ticketing systems
  • Excellent written communication skills—capable of drafting professional emails on the spot
  • Professional, intelligent, and considerate, with the ability to interact confidently and graciously with people in person and over the phone
  • Proactive and motivated, eager to identify and take ownership of projects
  • Skilled at prioritizing and multitasking, managing a high volume of requests without compromising quality

    【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $69700 - $93000 annually.
    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Responsibilities
  • Support Facilities Managers with the procurement system tasks
  • Data collection for facilities operations in order to make informed decisions
  • Onboard and offboard vendors per ByteDance policies and procedures
  • Gather and track monthly financial data to review financial performance
  • Assist in facilitating the forecasting process for Annual OpEx and CapEx Budgets
  • Assist in facilitating Facilities related tickets via the ticketing system
  • Review and process invoices for payment
  • Facilitate submission of contracts via internal systems
  • Assist in tracking headcount data for each office location
  • Assist in generating scope for IFM service provider for new locations
  • Collect project closeout documentation for build-outs
  • Organize and maintain folder structure for facilities operations
