ROLE OVERVIEW

PH Care Group is a family-run provider of high-quality residential care homes across the North West of England and the Midlands. The Estates Manager will oversee all maintenance, facilities including all grounds, and health & safety operations across PH Care Group care homes.
You will line-manage Maintenance Operatives within each home, ensuring their work is safe, efficient, and in line with group standards.
The role includes auditing, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and proactive coordination of planned and reactive maintenance tasks using digital tools.
