• VPS Grade 4: $97,955 - $111,142 plus superannuation.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• A current Victorian Driver’s License.
• Forklift License and or Elevated Work Platform (EPP) is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Co-ordinator role will maintain relevant grounds and buildings of the site. Duties will include maintenance works such as mowing, pruning, spraying, mulching, watering and green waste removal.
The Facilities and Ground Maintenance Co-ordinator will be competent in identifying problems and providing solutions through team engagement and will ideally have knowledge and skills in pest control, wide-ranging horticulture techniques and irrigation systems.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Proven experience in building and/or grounds maintenance with the ability to perform varied building maintenance repairs, general and reactive maintenance tasks.
