QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing and weed removal.
• Class A or B CDL a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Skilled in the use and safe operation of tools such as: electric meters, drills, saws, grinders, soldering irons, hydraulic presses, and air compressors.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the grounds.
• Perform and oversee mowing, weeding, trimming, landscaping, snow removal, and litter collection.
• Conduct facility inspections and address repair needs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform light housekeeping and janitorial duties as needed to maintain a functional environment.
• Respond to building utility, infrastructure, and equipment issues promptly.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment in safe working condition.
• Develop and implement temporary and permanent repair solutions
• Oversee or personally perform groundskeeping tasks to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain open communication with all employees to share information, resolve issues, and promote a collaborative work environment.

• Lead safety meetings and enforce compliance with PPE, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coach and train team members on safe work practices and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage building systems, inventory, and contractor performance.
