POSITION SUMMARY The Facilities and Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of all buildings, grounds, and facility systems. This role ensures a safe, functional, and compliant environment while managing maintenance staff, vendors, budgets, and facility projects. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage daily facility and maintenance operations. * Supervise maintenance staff and contractors. * Oversee preventive maintenance programs and repairs. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements. * Coordinate facility improvements, renovations, and capital projects. * Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and vendor contracts. * Respond to facility emergencies and operational issues. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. * 3–5 years of facilities or maintenance management experience. * Supervisory experience preferred. * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software. WORKING CONDITIONS May require occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call availability to address facility emergencies.
