The Facilities Services team focuses on the execution of our Workplace & Solutions Strategy and FM hard and soft services, tenant’s relationship and project management. Also accountable for ensuring an efficient and consistent delivery of our services standards and KPI’s SLA’s are achieved at all times while advocating best practice and company policy and procedures. In addition to the other FS activities the candidate should take care of the Company Car fleet and REWS Ariba tasks with regards specifically to the following: * Assist in day-to-day procurement operations by using Ariba tool to manage sourcing activities, support the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, and contribute to improving efficiency and cost control (PO creation, follow-up of the budget and services ordered) * Support daily procurement/purchasing activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requests and orders. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships. * Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. * Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement workflows and overall operational performance. * Support with the Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activity and annual data entry
