Job Title: Facilities Assistant (Dickisnon) Department: Operations Campus: Dickinson Reports To: Dickinson Campus Pastor Work Schedule: Part time 10-15 hours Job Description Evangel exists to connect real people to a real God. We are one church in multiple locations including campuses in Bismarck, Garrison, Online and more to come! The church is about one person, Jesus, but it is composed of many different kinds of people, and we are always looking for quality people to join the team. Position Summary The Facilities Assistant is under the direction of the Campus Pastor and Central Facilities Manager and is responsible for performing the following duties: custodial, ground maintenance, and room/event setup and teardown. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Custodial Duties Vacuum and clean floors Restroom cleaning Equipment Cleaning Waste removal Window Cleaning Support ministry activities by performing room/event setup and teardown Maintenance Manage snow and ice removal Assist with Spring landscaping Manage routine maintenance (AC filters, Fire suppression checks, etc.) Assist with remodel as needed Lawn and garden care Tree and bush trim Become knowledgeable of the location of all emergency shut off valves and related emergency procedures Performs other duties as requested Events Manage the set-up and tear down of weekly ministry events Be available to assist in cleaning/maintenance during key weekends Ex.
