JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant, with a focus on gardening, to join the team at a luxury apartment complex in Leeds, LS12.
We are happy to hear from people looking for full-time or part-time work - we will be flexible for the right candidate.
You will work as part of a small team, under the supervision of the Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining the gardens throughout the estate. This includes lawn mowing, pruning hedges, weeding and planting. This work would suit a qualified gardener, or someone with a keen interest and experience of gardening.
  • Complete small maintenance tasks.
  • Communicating with residents in a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
  • Recording meter readings and updating residents.
  • Completing general health & safety checks.
  • Contributing positively to the overall appearance and cleanliness of the development.
  • Weekly rotation of the communal bins, including presenting them for collection.

The development is well-managed and benefits from a highly experienced Development Manager.
Full training and support will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
