The FA will be responsible for but not limited to the following typical activities: Have an in-depth knowledge about the building and take pride and ownership of space. Act as the main point of contact for building occupants to field questions with a customer centric approach. Anticipate needs and proactively assist occupants. Answer questions occupants may have including where things are located within building, and how to use furniture and equipment. Regularly walk space and engage with occupants including customer liaison and feedback gathering on space, furniture, meeting rooms, break out spaces and the overall workplace experience. Daily building/floor walk-throughs in partnership with the site base janitorial team to ensure space is fit for purpose to provide the best possible workplace experience. Ensure all space is kept clean and tidy. Confirm that janitorial wipes down work surfaces as per schedule. Report when issues are found, or expectations are missed. Re-organize furniture as needed throughout building. Double check building throughout the day. Replenish supplies/equipment as needed. Take daily notes on how space is being utilised including the use of furniture, micro kitchens, meeting rooms and break out areas. Supports the management of meeting rooms and break out areas. Promotes high level of satisfaction among all users and occupiers by promptly responding to their needs. Assures prompt response by other team members and JLL service partners. Demonstrates leadership, gives direction and monitors JLL and service. partner delivery to ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS and best practice. Develops a close working relationship with key client stakeholders. Communicates in an open, honest, transparent manner always with the ability to tailor the message to specific audience and their needs. Supports the wider JLL, GWS and partner teams on site. Adds value in terms of delivery, innovation, and communication. Skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships. Service orientation and ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Excellent speaking and written communication skills. Social perceptiveness and ability to display initiative. Comfortable approaching and engaging strangers. Must be prepared work out of normal working hours where applicable. Experience Minimum two years’ experience in a similar environment Drive to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a creative /social media environment would be beneficial Experience in event management Experience in a five-star customer experience. Responsibilities
