We’ll offer you:
Facilities Manager Overview: Reporting to the Facilities Manager the Facilities Assistant will support the Home by carrying out general repairs, health and safety checks including water, fire and environment, reactive maintenance and updating mandatory files. Our Facilities Assistants also carry out a full range of general handyperson duties such as moving furniture, setting up rooms for functions, and decorating vacant bedrooms.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, James Terry Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support for up to 76 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career. We want you to feel confident and empowered to make the most of each day with us.
