Description

We are looking for a part-time Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities team in our Bath office. The Facilities Assistant role carries the responsibility to provide an efficient and professional service to our visitors and internal clients, undertaking a variety of tasks around front of house, mailroom, health and safety, maintenance and security.

Responsibilities
  • Front of house reception duties including welcoming employees, contractors, and clients, answering calls and emails, processing incoming faxes, ingoing and outgoing mail, managing meeting room bookings, taxi, parking and hot desking requests, providing meeting room hospitality and setting up equipment.
  • Opening, scanning, and distributing post.
  • Organising couriers and receiving deliveries.
  • Maintaining and ordering of stocks such as stationery, business cards, catering provisions, and toner cartridges.
  • Carrying out housekeeping and H&S checks.
  • Maintaining the access register for all staff, issuing new access fobs, liaising with building management regarding access and security issues.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required.
