SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Punctual and dependable, with the ability to start work at 6:00 AM
• Is confident and enjoys working independently
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of day-to-day operations and a willingness to learn and further develop
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Previous experience in a facilities (desirable but not essential)Familiarity with health & safety practices (training will be provided)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous facilities and /or hospitality experience
• Awareness of Heath and Safety

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Open and prepare the office and communal areas ensuring office offerings are replenished
• On arrival conduct daily inspection of the office to identify any maintenance or safety issues
• Receive deliveries and liaise with service providers arriving before standard office operating hours
• Report and rectify any issues particularly in meeting rooms and communal areas
• Assist with meeting room and events set ups
• Support basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or other minor repairs
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and office supplies; providing detailed inventory for restock
• Assist with office moves or furniture adjustments
• Ensure waste and recycling are collected and disposed of properly
• Report any incidents, hazards, or unusual activity
