You are experienced in the field of finance & operations, with a passion for the facility business? The Central Services/Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) team has an exciting job for a Facilities Associate who wants to engage. If you enjoy working with numbers and data, actively defining, and implementing processes, and contributing to global goals, this is the perfect role for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Accompany and support the GRF departments in the development and implementation of first-class workplace and infrastructure solutions throughout Germany through your expertise in finance and operations and as a strong team player.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Commercial check of facility invoices and associated close interface with GRF internal

  departments as well as external suppliers

• Maintenance of contract management master data of maintenance and service contracts

• Co-design and support in the definition and implementation of new processes, interfaces, and tools, as well as internal training (e.g. Changes to Purchasing Processes and Reporting Guidelines and Use of New Tools)
• Close support of GRF departments in commercial and operational financial processes
• Interface with other finance units such as controlling, taxes, and the global purchasing organization to ensure SAP requirements. First point of contact and very close collaboration with SAP Financial Accounting.
• Collaborating and/or driving internal and cross-functional initiatives/projects and specific tasks nationally and internationally
• Support ad hoc inquiries and provide area-specific reports and analytics
