MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of company facilities and equipment. The Facilities Associate is also responsible for efficient and cost-effective utilization of company facilities, equipment, and supplies.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Responsible for building maintenance including, but not limited to, maintaining the office and labs in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain exterior grounds and building appearance.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Keep cleaning equipment operational.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
