Description Principal Accountabilities: 1. Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. 2. Clean and sanitize exam rooms, restrooms and other common areas. 3. Empty trash receptacles, and recyclable bins daily. 4. Check hazardous waste containers daily. 5. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. 6. Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. 7. Handle special cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and floor waxing. 8. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor. 9. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and securely. 10. Provide excellent customer service and handle any client inquiries or complaints professionally. 11. Accurately log completed tasks and working hours. 12. Follow workplace health and safety rules and participate in all training regarding infection control guidelines, mandates and updates. 13. Adhere to all policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. 14. Assist with and promote all processes associated with the Coleman initiative. 15. Promoting Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives. 16. Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision. This is a part time, evening position. Hours may vary between 4pm and 10pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Previous cleaning experience helpful, but not necessary Must be able to work independently and be aware of self-protection from infection and overall infections control Must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position
