Assisting Facilities Managers to deliver a broad range of property, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration planned and reactive maintenance / repairs.
Assisting Facilities Managers in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules etc. to comply with Health & Safety legislation and in house policies and procedures.
Working with the Facilities Help desk team to support the retail teams in delivering product sales across approx. 340 stores.
Day to day management of minor property, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults and issue according to job prioritisation, allocation, and co-ordination of sub-contractors.
Use the in house CAFM system to allocate jobs to contractors / in house maintenance team.
Updating the asset register within the CAFM system to maintain the relevant asset status.
Collate and check off invoices and job sheets against work instructions to ensure jobs are resolved within a satisfactory time scale and to agreed costs.
Liaise with Store and Area Managers as required to enable job completion and to inform on job status.
