Role: Facilities and Compliance Manager
Responsible to: Chief Officer
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £34,000 pa Package includes 25 days annual leave plus 12 statutory days.
The Northern Ireland Boys’ Brigade (BBNI) works with 11,350 boys and young men aged 4 – 18 through 243 BB companies in Northern Ireland and Donegal.

BBNI Headquarters in Culcavy, just outside Hillsborough, contain modern offices and residential accommodation including a large hall, catering kitchen, youth space, podcast room, outdoor area and campfire. We seek to recruit someone with the relevant skills to manage the property and to ensure the smooth running of accommodation and event space. This will include managing the day to day operation of the buildings, working with relevant contractors and ensuring that all compliance and health and safety standards are met. The role will also involve working with the Chief Officer on the development of the facilities.
