Company Description The Single-Family Office is a private entity established to manage the financial, legal, and personal affairs of one wealthy family exclusively. It oversees the family’s investments and long-term interests across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative assets. Job Description Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair, and small construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Log and track maintenance requests, technical works, and minor projects. Liaise with contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants, managing schedules, deliverables, and project timelines. Maintain organized records, including contracts, warranties, permits, drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance logs. Assist in obtaining quotations, evaluating proposals, and coordinating vendor appointments. Track service agreements, ensure compliance, and monitor project budgets. Prepare and maintain status reports, project updates, and technical documentation for management review. Organize meetings, property inspections, and other project-related activities. Ensure health & safety regulations, building codes, and insurance requirements are met. Support senior management with correspondence, reports, and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related discipline) will be considered an advantage but is not required. Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
