EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in construction management services, engineering, or related field

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
    In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of construction principles, contract administration, architectural and engineering disciplines, and ability to read construction drawings.
  • Basic understanding of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building management systems, and familiarity with emerging trends in their application.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new strategies and technologies.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to convey complex concepts effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
