What will you be doing?   Subsea 7 is looking for a motivated Facilitie Trainee to join their facilities team based in Al Khobar office.   Internship Requirements Review the building and company’s accommodation lease terms and schedule renewal discussions. Utility Management by gathering and setting up the needed payments for electrical bills. Issue access cards according to visitors’ categories. Help update seating plans, track occupancy, and support office moves or reconfigurations. Review and update journey management plans. Support with company vehicle lease management. Communicate with external vendors for scheduled services. Manage room setups, equipment preparation, and logistics for internal events.  What experience would we like you to have?   Required Qualifications and experience Final year University Student studying Bachelor’s degree in business or associate’s degree in office administration. Foundation of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Fluent in both spoken and written English; good communication and interpersonal skills   PERSONAL SKILLS Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to details.
