EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Previous experience in school operations, maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field is highly valued.

COMPENSATION:

We are seeking 1 part-time individual for this role. The schedule for the part-time position will be 2-7pm.
The part-time salary for this role is $50,000. Part-time roles are not eligible for benefits (e.g., health insurance).

THE ROLE:

Heartwood Community School is seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Facilities Coordinator to play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our school environment. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of school upkeep meet the highest standards, contributing to a welcoming and well-maintained learning environment for students, staff, and families.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes pride in their work and understands the impact of a well-kept school environment on student success. This person will be a valued member of our school community, ensuring that our spaces remain safe, clean, and fully operational each day.
